Our adjustable bases can sit inside a matching OCOCHI bed frame, replacing its slatted mattress support. The bases support the mattresses; the surrounding frame provides the finished look.
Ordering a frame and bases together? We automatically omit the slats and check the matching dimensions, height and moving-part clearance.

Bases ordered on their own: Expect delivery within 3–4 weeks from placing your order.
Ordering a mattress, a frame, or both? We consolidate your order and coordinate everything to arrive together. We confirm the delivery window for your complete order.
Complimentary threshold delivery: Delivery to your front-door or garage threshold is included for the approved delivery area. In-room placement, assembly and packaging removal are not included.

WARRANTY & PROTECTION
20-year limited warranty for the original purchaser, from the purchase date.
- Year 1: Parts and labor for covered claims.

- Years 4–20: Defective mechanical replacement parts at a prorated cost.
The purchaser pays transportation and installation labor from Year 2. Years 4–20 exclude fabrics, electrical components, lift motors, massage motors and wood. Written terms and exclusions apply.
Optional protection — $100 USD. Purchased with your bases, this provides covered parts-and-labor protection for up to 10 years in total, including the initial manufacturer-warranty period.

Comfort is personal. Adjustable positioning gives you more ways to settle in, including positions that may help with some common nighttime discomforts.
Snoring husband?
Or partner. Raising the head of the bed may help reduce snoring for some people. With independent sides, one person can choose an incline while the other's base stays in their preferred position.[1]
An adjustable base does not treat sleep apnea or replace prescribed treatment. Loud, persistent snoring or breathing pauses deserve a medical assessment.
Reflux after lights out?
Elevating the head and upper body may help reduce nighttime reflux symptoms. Both models offer head adjustment; Elevate also offers whole-deck tilt. These give you ways to find an incline, rather than relying on a stack of pillows.[2]
The right position depends on your symptoms. Follow your clinician's advice; positioning is not a replacement for reflux treatment.
Restless legs?
For everyday restlessness, change your position or choose gentle massage vibrations as part of your wind-down. Your partner's base can stay exactly as they prefer.
Restless legs syndrome is a distinct medical condition. This base has not been established as a treatment for it. Persistent urges to move your legs at rest should be discussed with a clinician.[3]
Lower-back comfort.
Supporting bent knees while lying on your back can ease strain for some people. Both models offer foot elevation. Elevate also adds separate lumbar adjustment, giving you another way to explore a comfortable setting.[4]
There is no single position that suits every back. These are comfort adjustments, not a promise to correct spinal alignment or treat back pain.
Comfort, not a cure. These are general positioning considerations, not clinical trial results for this particular base. Results vary. Seek medical advice for ongoing symptoms, sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome or pain, and keep following any prescribed treatment.

A few good questions.
What is the difference between Relax and Elevate?
Both have head and foot adjustment, a zero-gravity preset, dual-wave massage, wireless control with memory settings, and under-bed lighting. Elevate adds adjustable lumbar support and whole-deck tilt. Relax does not include those two adjustments.
What is included in the price?
One checkout unit is one complete set of two independently moving adjustable bases in your chosen configuration. Mattresses, toppers, decorative frames, headboards, bedding and room furnishings are not included.
Can the two sides move independently?
Yes. The two bases move completely independently: one side can be raised while the other stays flat or uses a different position. Use compatible separate mattress sections. If using a topper from another supplier, confirm it is suitable for independent movement. Independent base controls do not guarantee zero motion transfer through shared bedding.
Are OCOCHI mattresses compatible with these adjustable bases?
Yes. We configure OCOCHI mattresses for these bases as two separate mattresses, one for each independently adjustable side. Our mattress setup, including its components, fabrics and fibers, is fully compatible with the adjustable-base configuration.
The split configuration retains the full quality of your chosen OCOCHI mattress. We provide 100% transparency about the components, fabrics and fibers used, so you know exactly what goes into your mattress.
Can I use a mattress I already own?
Your mattress must be suitable for an adjustable base, with the correct dimensions and flexibility. Share its make, construction and measurements with us before ordering. We can help check the complete setup, including a separate comfort topper.
What is the difference between lumbar support and tilt?
Both are Elevate-only features. Lumbar adjustment changes support beneath the lower-back area. Whole-deck tilt changes the angle of the entire flat sleeping deck. These are separate functions, not two names for raising the backrest.
Will an adjustable base stop snoring or treat restless legs syndrome?
Head-of-bed elevation may reduce snoring for some people, but it does not treat sleep apnea or replace prescribed care. This base has not been established as a treatment for restless legs syndrome.
