Shipping & Delivery
Our bed frames are oversized furniture pieces and ship using specialized freight carriers to ensure safe handling and delivery.
Estimated shipping timelines vary depending on the product and production schedule. The estimated shipping time is displayed near the Add to Cart button on each product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Key Points – Please Read Before Ordering
• All bed frames are custom-made and final sale.
• Threshold delivery (front door or garage) is included free with all bed frame orders.
• White Glove delivery is available as an optional upgrade.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the bed frame fits through all access points, including doors, hallways, elevators, staircases, ceilings, and tight corners.
• Packaging dimensions and minimum delivery access requirements are listed below to help verify access before ordering.
• Freight carriers will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment reaches the local terminal.
• Additional delivery fees may apply in certain situations.

Threshold Delivery – Included Free (Standard)
Threshold Delivery is the standard delivery method for all bed frame orders.
The freight carrier will deliver the shipment to the inside front door or garage only.

Because bed frames are large and heavy, we strongly recommend having a minimum of three capable adults available to move and assemble the components.
White Glove Delivery – $500
White Glove Delivery provides a full in-home delivery and setup experience.
A professional delivery team will:
• Deliver the bed frame inside your home
• Place the bed frame in the room of your choice
• Professionally assemble the bed frame
• Remove packaging materials
Please ensure the room and delivery pathway are fully cleared prior to arrival. Delivery teams cannot move existing furniture not purchased from us.

Each bed frame ships in three separate packages:

• Metal Slats + Brackets
Packaging dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly between individual pieces. Please allow for a small tolerance (±1").
Because these are oversized furniture pieces, customers must carefully verify all access dimensions before delivery.

Preparing For Delivery
Before your scheduled delivery date, please measure and confirm:
• Entry doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Elevators
• Ceiling heights
• Tight corners or turns
• Final room access path
Tight turns, narrow hallways, low ceilings, or restricted staircases may prevent successful delivery even if doorway widths appear sufficient.
If delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient access, additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply.
Assembly & Installation Warnings
• Bed frame components are extremely heavy. Certain components may exceed 300 lbs.
• A minimum of three capable adults is recommended for lifting, positioning, and assembly.
• Assemble the bed frame as close as possible to its final location.
• Never drag upholstered components or assembled sections across flooring.
• Use protective blankets or padding beneath components during assembly.
• Ensure all bolts, brackets, support legs, and slats are fully installed and securely tightened before use.
• Recheck and retighten hardware after 48 hours and periodically thereafter.
• Never leave the headboard unsupported during assembly.
• Do not jump, stand, or climb on the bed frame or headboard.
• Professional assembly assistance is strongly recommended for oversized bed sizes.
Delivery Scheduling
Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday during business hours
• Drivers often call approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival
• Carriers provide delivery windows rather than exact arrival times
• Someone must be present to accept delivery
Additional Delivery Conditions
Waiting beyond 30 minutes at delivery location
Delivery may be cancelled and redelivery required. A $500 redelivery fee must be paid before rescheduling.
Missed appointment / customer not present
Delivery marked as failed and redelivery fees may apply.
Redelivery due to customer-related issue
$500 redelivery fee required before rescheduling.
Refusal of delivery (buyer’s remorse, item does not fit, or access unavailable)
Orders remain non-refundable due to custom production.
Stair carries beyond 2 flights without elevator access
Additional service fees may apply. Please notify us before shipping.
Deliveries requiring smaller trucks, ferries, permits, restricted access routing, or specialty equipment
Additional delivery charges may apply.
Storage fees from freight terminal
Typically $50–$75 per day depending on shipment size and carrier policies.
If You Are Unavailable For Delivery
If you expect to be unavailable when your shipment arrives, please inform us as early as possible.
In many cases we can adjust shipment timing or coordinate delivery scheduling to accommodate your availability.
If delivery cannot be scheduled promptly after arrival at the local freight terminal, storage fees may apply.
Cancellations & Returns
All bed frames are custom-made to order.
Because of this:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
• Bed frames cannot be returned
• All sales are final

Damages & Claims
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
If visible damage is present:
• Note the damage on the delivery receipt
• Take photographs immediately
Concealed damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the affected item.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including:
• Severe weather
• Transportation disruptions
• Accidents
• Labor strikes
• Carrier delays
