Shipping

Mainland USA

We offer free standard shipping on all orders and products to mainland USA. Orders are delivered Monday–Friday; weekend delivery is not available.

All Other Locations

We offer free global standard shipping on all products aside from the following, which incur a flat rate of $35 per item:

  • Bamboo Cooling Comforter

  • Bamboo Mattress Pad

  • Down Alternative Filled Comforters

  • Oversized Signature Brushed Microfiber Sheet Set

  • Standard & Oversized Down Mattress Topper

  • USA Made Down Duvet Inserts

  • All-Natural Wool Quilted Topper

All other items ship free of charge.

Customs & Import Taxes — Canada

We operate an import & duty-free program for Canada. Buyers are not responsible for duties. If duties are charged upon delivery, please send us the link and we will arrange payment.

Customs & Import Taxes — Rest of World

Buyers outside the USA and Canada are responsible for customs and import duties. Customs delays may occur and are outside our control.

Customs Clearance & Returns

If a shipment is held at customs, customers must provide required documentation or payments.

If the shipment is returned to OCOCHI and the customer no longer wishes to receive it, a refund will be issued after inspection — except custom-made items, which are non-refundable.

Refunds will be minus return shipping fees, customs fees, and associated charges.

Damaged Packaging or Product on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email hi@ocochi.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. Photos are required by carriers to process a replacement.


Returns

Mainland USA

We accept returns (excluding non-returnable and custom-made items) within 30 days, in original condition and packaging.

  • Return must be received within 37 days of delivery

  • Returns past this window will be refused

  • Returns are free for Mainland USA

To start a return, email hi@ocochi.com with your order number and reason.

All Other Locations

Same time frame and requirements apply, however:

  • Return shipping cost is deducted from refund

  • If oversized packaging increases return cost, the additional amount will be deducted

Returns for Bedding Bundles

30-Night Sleep Trial

All OCOCHI bedding bundles come with a 30-night sleep trial for eligible return items.
Please review our non-returnable items list to confirm whether your bundle item qualifies.

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any eligible item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Partial Returns

Our bedding bundles are offered at a special discounted rate for purchasing a sheet set, duvet cover, and insert together. If you wish to return only part of your bundle, the refund will be adjusted based on the full retail (non-discounted) price of any items you choose to keep.

For example: If you keep the duvet cover and sheet set and return only the insert, we will refund the total you paid minus the full retail prices of the duvet cover and sheet set.


Non-Returnable Products (Final Sale)

Due to hygiene standards, custom production, speciality sizing, or oversized nature, the following items are final sale, non-returnable, and non-refundable:

  • Oversized Lumbar Cushions

  • Waffle Blankets — cotton or linen

  • Cashmere Blankets

  • Decorative Satin Throws

  • Bed Skirts

  • Down, Down/Feather Mix & Down Alternative Filled Duvet Inserts

  • Mattress Toppers of any filling

  • Any linens from our Fine Linens Collection

  • Down Alternative, Down/Feather & Down-Filled Pillows

  • Mulberry Silk Filled Pillows (anything larger than King size)

  • Any custom-size product (any size not listed as standard on our website)

  • Bed Frames

These policies apply whether purchased through the website or via custom invoice.
Please ensure sizes, filling, material, and specifications are correct prior to ordering.

Damage or Defect Claims

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

As part of our quality assurance process, OCOCHI photographs and documents all products prior to shipment. Pre-shipment inspection photos and QC records may be used to verify claims.


Conditions for All Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Must arrive within 37 days of delivery

  • Late returns will be refused
