Eligibility & decisions
Coverage runs from purchase; keep your original receipt. The manufacturer decides covered defects and whether to repair or replace parts, at its sole discretion.
Year 1
For the original purchaser, covered defects and workmanship faults receive repair or replacement without charge, including parts and labor, during the first year.
Years 2–3
Only defective electrical and mechanical replacement parts are covered. The purchaser pays transportation and installation labor.
Years 4–20
Only defective mechanical replacement parts qualify, at a prorated price:
Current replacement-part cost ÷ 16 × years since purchase.
Fabrics, electrical components, lift motors, massage motors and wood are excluded. The purchaser pays transportation and installation labor.
Exclusions
Coverage is void for user-caused damage, transit damage, mishandling, physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or exceeding the load limit in the owner’s manual.
Remedy & liability
Repair or replacement of base parts is the sole remedy. The manufacturer, its parents, subsidiaries, divisions and affiliates exclude liability for special, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise uncovered damages, claims or losses.
