Is this waterproof?

Where possible we try to avoid the use of synthetics that block out water completely, as they can cause a build up of bacteria and overheating. We prefer to mirror the natural properties of the mattress beneath you and the bedding around you. This offers a very strong protective layer that is super comfortable, without the use of a TPU synthetic layer.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland USA. We also offer expedited shipping for those occasions where you may be in a little rush. All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, as we do not offer weekend delivery

Easy Returns

We hope you're satisfied with your OCOCHI purchase. If that's not the case, we will accept the return of products (except custom items) within 30 days, in their original condition and original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately on hi@ocochi.com. Please provided your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with your returns label and any next steps

Returns are free for Mainland USA. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Colombia, returns are charged at the shipping rates per item above

Returns must be packaged in a box/polymailer that fits the product. The dimensions will be specified on the returns label. If the product is in a larger box/polymailer, the additional return shipment cost is deducted from the refund amount.

A $10k mattress deserves protection!

Other places were out of supply so I was surprised when you could provide an Alaskan King size bed mattress cover. I just couldn’t sleep on the bed knowing it wasn’t protected. Now, I feel more confident even allowing the kids to jump in our bed occasionally. Thank you for the mattress Cover and it’s timely arrival.
