We currently offer free shipping and returns to mainland USA. Find all the info you need to know below:
Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland USA. We also offer expedited shipping for those occasions where you may be in a little rush. All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, as we do not offer weekend delivery

- For all other international locations, please contact us for a custom quotation on shipping, as we can facilitate shipments to locations outside of our key locations above
- Please contact us directly on hi@ocochi.com, if you would like to place an order from further afield.
- You will be receiving email notifications at each progress point
Returns
- We hope you're satisfied with your Ocochi purchase. If that's not the case, we will accept the return of products (except custom items) within 30 days, in their original condition and original packaging
- To initiate a return, please contact us immediately on hi@ocochi.com. Please provided your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with your returns label and any next steps
- Returns are free for Mainland USA. For Canada, Mexico, Colombia and Hawaii, returns are charged at the shipping rates per item above
- Returns must be packaged in a box/polymailer that fits the product. The dimensions will be specified on the returns label. If the product is in a larger box/polymailer, the additional return shipment cost is deducted from the refund amount.
