If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

Typically mainland USA orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We do ship to Canada and delivery is included free of charge. We are making changes in 2022 to be able to conduct business in Canada as a Non-Resident Importer. Until then, customs and duties may apply upon delivery to customers.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We always aim to ensure our customers love our products, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns of the products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number.

Gift cards and international purchases are not eligible for returns. If you were the recipient of a product as a gift, returns shall be honored if requested within 30 days of the original purchase and refunds shall be issued in the form of a store credit only.

Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the return.

If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to the credit. 

If a payment was made using a gift card along with another form of payment, the refund will be first applied back onto the gift card. Any remaining credit will be applied to the secondary form of payment.

Our designers are a very experienced team of textile experts and have access to a range of materials. As a first step, please submit your request to our custom order request page and we will work with our designers to see what we can do

As they are filled with 100% Pure Long Fiber Mulberry Silk, they both offer a very breathable covering compared to down or polyester filled duvets.

The difference between the two comes down to the climate that you live in. We live in Chicago and the all-season is perfect for us all year round. There may be some nights of extreme cold temperatures, whereby we need an extra blanket and vice versa on exceptionally hot nights we may pull back the duvet insert.

If you live in an exceptionally hot climate all year round or sleep noticeably hot, the summer weight would be a suitable option. Otherwise, the all-season is perfect for most climates with a variation of seasons.

As with all fabrics, if the sheets are left for long periods of time in the washer or dryer once the cycle has finished, they may show some wrinkling. Our recommendation is to take the sheets out once they have finished their cycle, shake them after the wash and after the dryer. They can then go straight onto your bed without the need for ironing.
