DELIVERY & OVERSIZED ACCESS

OCOCHI oversized mattresses are designed with delivery and installation in mind. For sizes requiring split construction, independent supporting mattress sections can be moved through doors, hallways, elevators and stairs more easily than one extremely large mattress core.

A single continuous comfort topper spans the supporting sections to create one unified sleep surface.

Please confirm access dimensions before ordering an oversized mattress.

CARE & ROTATION

The separate topper makes the comfort surface easier to remove, rotate and care for than handling an entire oversized mattress. Follow the care instructions for the specific topper materials and cover.

Where the mattress or topper is identified as double-sided, rotate and flip it periodically to distribute wear across both sleep surfaces.

Every OCOCHI mattress and comfort topper is backed by a 10-year limited warranty, including qualifying body impressions greater than 1".

Comfort That Can Change With You

One of the advantages of the OCOCHI mattress construction is that the supporting mattress and comfort topper are separate components. If you decide you would prefer a softer or firmer feel, you don't necessarily need to replace your entire mattress.

We offer existing OCOCHI mattress customers 50% off a replacement comfort topper, allowing you to adjust the feel of your bed while keeping the supporting mattress you already own.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used toppers back, so your original topper remains yours.

When OCOCHI says natural latex, we mean 100% natural, plant-derived latex rubber — not conventional comfort foam with a thin latex layer, not synthetic latex and not blended latex. We identify the actual materials used in each construction — natural latex, wool, cotton or foam — rather than hiding ordinary filling materials behind proprietary-sounding names.

Important: “100% natural latex” describes every layer we identify as latex. It does not mean that covers, wool, cotton or other separately disclosed materials are latex.

The supporting mattress provides the underlying support, while the separate topper provides the surface cushioning. For couples of different body weights, that means substantial support can remain underneath while the topper creates a comfortable shared sleep surface above.
