OCOCHI 1-Year Limited Bed Frame Warranty

Your OCOCHI bed frame is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”).

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights which vary from state to state or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

A. Products Covered by This Warranty

This Warranty applies to OCOCHI bed frames, platform beds, upholstered bed frames, and headboards purchased directly from OCOCHI or from an authorized OCOCHI retailer.

This Warranty applies only to products located within the United States.

B. Who This Warranty Applies To

This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the OCOCHI bed frame.

The original purchaser is the first individual who purchases the product directly from OCOCHI or from an authorized OCOCHI retailer.

This Warranty:

Applies only while the product remains owned by the original purchaser
Is not transferable to any subsequent owner

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to make a warranty claim.

C. Warranty Coverage Period

OCOCHI warrants that the bed frame will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, provided the bed frame is used under normal residential conditions and for its intended purpose.

D. What This Warranty Covers

This Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

Structural defects in the bed frame
Defects in frame components or hardware
Defects affecting the structural integrity of the frame during normal residential use

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, OCOCHI will, at its discretion:

Repair the defective component, or
Replace the defective component or product

If a replacement component is provided, it will remain covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If only one component is defective, only the defective component will be repaired or replaced, not the entire bed frame.

E. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:

Improper Assembly or Installation

Failure to assemble the bed frame according to the provided assembly instructions.

Improper Mattress Support

Use of the bed frame with unsupported mattresses, missing slats, or improper support systems.

Excessive Weight or Misuse

Damage caused by exceeding recommended weight limits, misuse, jumping on the frame, or abnormal stress placed on the structure.

Normal Wear and Tear

Normal wear associated with regular use, including:

Minor fabric wear
Natural material variations
Minor cosmetic imperfections
Surface scratches or finish changes over time

Improper Handling or Relocation

Damage caused by moving, relocating, or transporting the bed frame after delivery.

Environmental Factors

Damage caused by moisture, humidity, flooding, fire, or other environmental conditions.

Commercial Use

Products used in commercial environments, including but not limited to:

Hotels
Rental properties
Hospitality environments
Commercial showrooms

Unauthorized Modifications

Any alterations, modifications, or repairs performed without OCOCHI authorization.

Unauthorized Sellers

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondary marketplaces.

Cosmetic Variations

Natural variations in materials, upholstery texture, wood grain, or finish that do not affect structural integrity.

F. Mattress & Support Requirements

OCOCHI bed frames are designed to function with the proper support system and correct assembly.

To maintain warranty coverage:

The bed frame must be assembled according to the provided instructions.
All slats and support components must be properly installed and secured.
The mattress must be supported by the integrated slat system or another approved support configuration designed for the frame.

Damage caused by missing slats, incorrect assembly, unsupported mattresses, or improper support systems is not covered under this Warranty.

OCOCHI reserves the right to deny warranty claims where structural damage is determined to be caused by improper support or incorrect assembly.

G. Relocation & Reassembly

Bed frames may occasionally be disassembled for relocation or moving.

However, this Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Improper disassembly
Improper reassembly
Loss or replacement of original hardware
Damage occurring during relocation or transportation

If the bed frame is disassembled and reassembled, it must be done according to the original assembly instructions.

H. Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers must:

Contact OCOCHI customer support.
Provide proof of original purchase.
Provide photographs or video clearly showing the defect.
Allow OCOCHI to review and evaluate the claim.

OCOCHI reserves the right to request additional documentation or inspection in order to verify the claim.

If a claim is approved, OCOCHI will determine whether to repair or replace the defective component.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable shipping or transportation costs associated with replacement parts unless otherwise stated.

I. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by OCOCHI.
OCOCHI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of the product.
OCOCHI’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the bed frame.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain limitations may not apply.

J. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty or the purchase or use of OCOCHI products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within North Carolina, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
