  • 4" hemline on the flat sheet and pillowcase
  • Elasticated band along the entire edging of the fitted sheet
  • Our sheets come oversized to account for the natural shrinkage that occurs within the first few months, as will all natural fabrics
  • Bamboo is a finer all-natural fabric, lending to it softness, lightweight feel and breathability

  • Easy to wash

Timing

  • White sheet sets with 2 or 4 pillowcases and a 15" depth sets are kept in stock and typically ship within 2-3 business days
  • All other colors are custom made within 10-20 business days

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland USA. We also offer expedited shipping for those occasions where you may be in a little rush. All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday, as we do not offer weekend delivery

Easy Returns

We hope you're satisfied with your OCOCHI purchase. If that's not the case, we will accept the return of products (except custom items) within 30 days, in their original condition and original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately on hi@ocochi.com. Please provided your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with your returns label and any next steps

Returns are free for Mainland USA. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Colombia, returns are charged at the shipping rates per item above

Returns must be packaged in a box/polymailer that fits the product. The dimensions will be specified on the returns label. If the product is in a larger box/polymailer, the additional return shipment cost is deducted from the refund amount.
