Which sheets should I choose?

Choose from our Bamboo Lyocell or Bamboo/Linen Blend for the sheets. Bamboo Lyocell is the softest and most breathable fabric. The Blend offers softness but also texture from the linen. It is slightly thicker, making it a popular choice for Duvet Cover Sets.

Which duvet insert should I choose?

Choose from our selection of Mulberry Silk filled and more traditional USA made fillings, such as down alternative, 50/50 down/feather and 100% down.

Mulberry Silk filling offers a lightweight, luxurious and soothing sleep. It is body contouring, for a relaxing and temperature regulating sleep.

Our other filling options offer a more traditional, fluffy and hotel look and feel. Down Alternative is fluffy, lightweight and best for those that suffer with allergies. The 50/50 down/feather is soft and lofty. Price point wise, it can be preferred to 100% down. 100% down is the most luxurious, softest and durable fill, offering that ultimate hotel feel when you sink into bed. It is also the most insulating option.

Which duvet cover set should I choose?

The bamboo lyocell is the softest, most lightweight option and visually offers a silky drape. The bamboo/linen blend is exceptionally beautiful in terms of look and feel. The mix with linen brings a textured charm to the outer layer of your bed. The stone washed linen offers that classic, natural, lived in look and feel. It is the thickest and warmest of the 3 options.

  • Configure your sheet set to include the elements you are interested in - fitted sheet, flat sheet, pillowcases etc.
  • Fitted sheets are made to 16" depth, unless requested otherwise in the notes section of the checkout cart
  • Fitted sheets include elasticated edges to secure to your mattress
  • Flat sheets and pillowcases feature our signature 4" hem stitching
  • Pillowcases are envelope encloser to keep your pillow secure
  • Duvet covers feature button closure and 8 sets of ties
  • Shams included in the duvet cover set are designed with a beautiful 2" Oxford edging drape around the pillow

30-Night Sleep Trial
All OCOCHI bedding bundles come with a 30-night sleep trial. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Partial Returns
Our bedding bundles are offered at a special discounted rate for purchasing a sheet set, duvet cover, and insert together. If you wish to return only part of your bundle, the refund will be adjusted based on the full retail (non-discounted) price of any items you choose to keep.

For example:
If you keep the duvet cover and sheet set and return only the insert, we will refund the total you paid minus the full retail prices of the duvet cover and sheet set.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following exceptions:

Custom-made inserts and toppers, including our Down, Down & Feather, and Down Alternative Duvet Inserts and Mattress Toppers made in the USA, are non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature.

Conditions for Returns
All returned items must in their original condition and packaging.

Returns must be received within 37 days of delivery of your order. We offer a 30 night sleep trial and 7 days to arrange your return. Returns past this window will not be accepted by the warehouse and returned.
Returns are free for Mainland USA

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately on hi@ocochi.com. Please provide your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with your returns label and any next steps
