Easy Returns

We hope you're satisfied with your OCOCHI purchase. If that's not the case, we will accept the return of products (except custom items) within 30 days, in their original condition and original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us immediately on hi@ocochi.com. Please provided your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with your returns label and any next steps

Returns are free for Mainland USA. For Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico and Colombia, returns are charged at the shipping rates per item above

Returns must be packaged in a box/polymailer that fits the product. The dimensions will be specified on the returns label. If the product is in a larger box/polymailer, the additional return shipment cost is deducted from the refund amount.

How big are these pillows? We offer two options per mattress size:


Option 1: A pillow that is the width of half of your mattress size. As an example, a Wyoming King mattress is 84" wide, our half bed size pillow would be 20x42".


Option 2: A pillow that is the full width of your mattress size. Using the Wyoming King as an example, at 84" wide, your pillow would be 20x84"
